Leadership Development
Christie Hardwick, leader and founder of the “Stepping up with Spirited Contribution” movement, personally coaches a limited number of executives every six months. To share her unique and impactful approach with others in a broader setting, Christie has partnered with the Institute for Women’s Leadership as a senior member of the faculty and teaches their proprietary ‘Trade up’ contextual leadership concepts in 1-3 day formats. The vision for the Institute is that a full partnership is required between both men and women in the workplace in order to have a sustainable future for all. The Institute's programs provide the deep experience to make both men and women ready for true partnership.
This unique development experience includes:
- Use self reflective tools and diagnosis to pinpoint your areas of contribution that can be more robust
- Learn new ways to reframe and resolve problems that you observe in your organization, your team and your daily work.
- Translate your learning into action by developing an articulated plan to execute your goals and achieve desired outcomes using strategic alignment tools.
- Gain awareness of your current leadership style, and find ways to develop your leadership presence to achieve ground breaking results.
The day is packed full of experiences and enjoyable, insightful learning. You can expect a combination of individual exercises, group discussion, and small learning teams.
This experience can be tailored for intact or cross-functional teams within an organization.
